Shipping Costs

Delivery within 1 - 2 Days by Royal Mail 1st Class Post or Next Day Courier.

Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery

£9.50 - All Orders.


Orders up to 2kg in weight are despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery by 1.00 p.m. the following working day.  Orders over 2kg are despatched by Next Day Couriers who collect the day after the order is placed.

Overseas Shipping

Ireland - £20 per order (up to 3 items)
Rest of Europe - £20 per order (up to 2kg)
USA/Canada - £30 per order (up to 2kg)
Australia - £30 per order (up to 2kg)

Overseas orders over 2kg have to be despatched by courier. Please contact us for a quotation prior to purchase.

Free local delivery is available on any orders regardless of cost or weight.

Orders over £200 within the UK will automatically be sent free of charge by the courier service.

We are official stockists of Royal Doulton, Wedgwood, Coalport, Waterford, English Ladies Co, Lenox, Goebel, Enesco and Carnelian. As such, in addition to the items displayed on our website, we can provide any item in the current Catalogues. Please contact us for details if you cannot see the item(s) you would like to purchase listed on our website.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your oder. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Items in stock should be despatched within 1-2 working days of your order. Orders received by 1.00 p.m. will usually be despatched the same day. The item description will show whether or not an item is in stock.  Items ordered in from Royal Doulton, Wedgwood, Waterford Crystal, English Ladies Co, Enesco, Goebel or Lenox should reach you within 10 working days. If an item is out of stock at our suppliers delivery can take up to 12 weeks. Should this be the case, we will always contact you to find out whether or not you wish to proceed with the order.

All items are fully insured against loss or damage.

Orders over £200 will automatically be despatched free of charge by an Express courier service.


Any credit card details you enter are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption. If you would prefer to pay for your goods by a different method, please place your order by e-mail or telephone.

Please note that although prices can be viewed in different currencies on our website, we only accept payments in GBP through our payment gateways.


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations it is your legal right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day the item is delivered to you. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so by writing to us by post or e-mail within this period. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days at your expense in an undamaged condition and we must refund the order within 14 days of getting the goods back or you providing evidence of having returned the goods, for example a proof of postage from the Post Office. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office.  Under the Regulations we also refund the basic delivery cost of the goods to you but not the cost of any enhanced postage opted for. 

Damaged or defective items will be replaced at our expense. In respect of damaged items, please keep these together with all packaging for return to us or inspection by the carrier.  Any damage must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of the package.

Christmas gifts can be returned up until the end of January.  This excludes Christmas Figurines, Decorations and Ornaments which cannot be returned after Christmas.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Governing Law

The use of this website and any purchase on this website by you will be governed by English law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.
